Job description
To perform safety inspections on road works, observing risk conditions and proposing preventive and corrective actions.
To draft, review, and implement procedures, work instructions, traffic sign plans, and other documents related to occupational health and safety (SST).
To guide teams on standards, safe practices, and proper use of personal protective equipment (EPIs) and collective protective equipment (EPCs).
To ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other legal requirements in force.
To accompany and support the management of OSHAS 18001 and ISO 45001 systems, ensuring conformity and necessary documentation.
To investigate incidents, draft technical reports, and propose continuous improvement actions.
To promote safety campaigns, dialogues, and training programs focused on road works activities.
To participate in operational meetings, providing technical support for decisions related to road safety.
To monitor signage, vehicle flow, and track conditions, when applicable.
