Job description:
- Responsible for monitoring, guiding, controlling and supervising activities related to Occupational Safety, ensuring conditions that eliminate or minimize the risks of accidents and incidents. Act to ensure the full compliance with current legislation, Regulatory Standards and Company's SSMA Policies, focusing on preserving the physical integrity of employees, assets and the environment;
- Implement and maintain operational, administrative and documentary controls, covering training records, ASOs, APRs, work permits, inspections, performance indicators and legal and contractual conformities for Health & Safety;
- Conduct mobilization and demobilization processes for teams, ensuring compliance with technical, legal and mandatory training requirements, as well as controlling and distributing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Personal Protective Clothing (EPC) and other safety resources;
- Perform internal audits, field inspections and operational follow-ups, ensuring the application of corporate procedures and improving performance and controls for Health & Safety;
- Execute accident prevention programs and occupational disease campaigns, analyzing causes, proposing corrections and promoting a culture of safety and well-being;
- Promote DDS, training sessions, meetings, lectures and educational actions, encouraging safe behavior, awareness and alignment with Health & Safety and SSMA policies.
