Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with occupational safety rules and procedures. Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures. Develop and implement training programs for employees on occupational safety and health. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures related to occupational safety and health. Provide guidance and support to employees on occupational safety and health matters. Identify and report any non-compliance with occupational safety laws and regulations. Conduct investigations into accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures. Develop and maintain a comprehensive occupational safety and health program. Ensure that all employees are trained in first aid and emergency procedures. Provide guidance and support to employees on first aid and emergency procedures.
