Job description
- Support production managers in daily data analysis on production lines and KPIs of operations.
- Responsible for analyzing and providing data collection that may affect indicators or operational performance to prevent additional risks and ensure compliance with plant-level objectives.
- Ensure quality, safety, and productivity at cost centers
- Employee shift control (direct alignment with supervisors and/or Area Managers)
- Help manage production resources efficiently and coordinate directly with internal clients Quality, ESH, IE, NPL, RH etc.
- Prepare key area indicator presentations and performance improvement reports.
