Job description
The professional will work in an integrated environment area of planning and costs, focusing on engineering projects, contributing to the optimization of available resources and ensuring the execution of scopes within budget and established deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Work together with multidisciplinary teams to develop and track project schedules, from the pre-construction phase to commissioning.
- Ensure the application of the planning and programming methodology defined.
- Develop and maintain baseline lines for tracking physical and financial progress.
- Evaluate compliance of subcontractors with established planning and programming standards.
- Analyze schedule data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support performance updates of the schedule, analyses, and periodic reports.
- Monitor, analyze, and report project progress, making predictions and adjustments as necessary.
- Coordinate schedule entries with different areas involved in the project.
- Contribute to portfolio management of projects, ensuring visibility and strategic alignment.
- Participate in the development of performance indicators and dashboards for decision-making support.
