Bidding Technician with German (m/f)

In the Large Networks Directorate, we are looking to incorporate a Bidding Technician profile (m/f) to join the International Contracting department in the Bilbao office.

Functions:

• Review of projects to be bid
• Request for bids from suppliers for the preparation of economic proposals
• Technical analysis of received bids
• Calculations and re-studies if necessary, project optimizations
• Preparation of technical and economic proposals and monitoring of their status, review

- Degree in Engineering and a relevant Master's degree is desirable

- German at a high level (B2-C1) and a high level of English

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Bidding, Tendering, or Commercial departments in related sectors

- Availability for international travel.
