Construction Technician

A technical profile is sought to participate in the execution and monitoring of highly complex technical projects, with special attention to singular facades and building envelopes. The selected person will play a key role on-site, ensuring the correct execution of works and collaborating closely with the Project Manager, the Technical Office, Production, Purchasing, and subcontracting companies. An organized and proactive profile is required, with the ability to handle on-site tasks, resolve incidents, and monitor the technical, economic, and administrative aspects of the project. The main mission will be to supervise the correct execution of works on singular facades and building envelopes, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and the technical specifications of the project. Responsibilities include daily supervision and monitoring of on-site works, interpretation of plans, construction details, and technical documentation, as well as monitoring deadlines, planning, supplies, and materials. Quality control, execution, and compliance with technical specifications will also be carried out. Work will be coordinated with the Technical Office, Production, Purchasing, subcontractors, and other trades, supporting the Project Manager in cost control, certifications, changes, and incidents. Furthermore, project reports and technical and administrative documentation will be prepared, participation in coordination meetings with internal teams and the client will occur, monitoring of compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention regulations will be undertaken, and support will be provided in the closing and documentary management of the project.
