Assembly and Testing Technician I

Job Summary: Execute activities related to umbilical testing and assembly of accessories and terminations, following internal procedures and respecting safety, environmental, and quality standards. Main Activities Follow technical documentation instructions such as reports, production schedules, and equipment operation manuals; Prepare and execute hydrostatic tests; Prepare and perform functional tests on assembled components; Perform visual inspections and record results; Identify and report any defects or malfunctions; Maintain accurate records of testing and assembly activities; Ensure compliance with quality control procedures; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve product quality. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience: 2 years in a similar role; Skills: Ability to read and understand technical documentation; Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations; Physical demands: Standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 kg, repetitive movements; Certifications: None specified.
