Jr Maintenance Technician

We are looking for professionals with technical training and an interest in working with maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of equipment

In this position, you will be responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on electric, electro-pneumatic tools, and specialized equipment, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

We seek people with an organized profile, attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and an interest in developing technical knowledge in a dynamic environment oriented towards operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnosis, analysis, and repair of tools and equipment from different product lines.
• Execute disassembly, cleaning, inspection, component replacement, mechanical adjustments, and functional tests.
• Perform electrical and mechanical tests to ensure the correct functioning of the equipment.
• Record information, diagnoses, and maintenance results in internal systems.
• Ensure the execution of repair processes according to technical procedures and established quality standards.
• Conduct safety and quality inspections of equipment.
• Execute assembly and disassembly activities of equipment and components.
• Support the separation, organization, and storage of spare parts.
• Contribute to the organization, cleaning, and conservation of the workshop and production areas.
• Assist in the control and proper disposal of scrap, waste, and materials used during maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with operational routines and continuous improvement initiatives in the area.

Requirements:

• Completed High School.
• Completed Technical Course or ongoing technical training in areas such as: (Mechanics; Electro-mechanics; Electrotechnics; Mechatronics; Industrial Automation, or related areas)
• Basic knowledge of the Office Suite.
• Desirable knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Desirable NR-10 training.
• Ease of working in a team.
• Good communication and organization.
