Industrial Maintenance Technician Specialist in Restaurant Equipment

We are looking for a responsible, organized person with experience in preventive, corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and installation of industrial kitchen equipment, preferably in the restaurant, hotel, food, or services sector. The selected person will be responsible for handling technical services, performing diagnostics, executing repairs, supporting equipment installations, providing basic on-site customer training, preparing service reports, and ensuring that each activity is carried out in accordance with Candora's quality, safety, and service standards. Availability to travel within Mexico and, in some cases, internationally is required.
