Maintenance Technician of Infrastructures in Bilbao

MISSION: Lead the integral maintenance of Mémora's infrastructures in the Bilbao area, ensuring optimal functioning and compliance with norms, optimizing resources. RESPONSABILITIES: 1. Maintenance Area Direct the maintenance of infrastructures, organizing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work. Distribute tasks, optimize times, materials, and resources to ensure efficient operation. 2. Planning and execution of maintenance activities Plan and execute maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. 3. Collaboration with other departments Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of maintenance activities into overall business operations. 4. Continuous improvement Continuously improve processes and methods to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture). 2. Experience At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance or a related field. 3. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and geographic information systems (GIS). 4. Certifications Valid driver's license.
