TÉCNICO DE GASODUTO/TUBULAÇÃO (Fiscalização) - SP, RJ e MG

Job description:

• Responsible for the inspection and monitoring of activities related to the manufacture, assembly, and repair of gas pipelines and tubing, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety, and quality;
• Will act in receiving materials, inspecting manufacturing and assembly, attending emergencies, hydraulic and pneumatic tests, as well as analyzing technical reports;
• Fiscalization of Material Receipt – Inspect received materials, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards;
• Fiscalization of Manufacturing and Assembly – Monitor and inspect the manufacturing and assembly processes of tubing and gas pipelines, ensuring compliance with norms and specifications of the project;
• Section Replacement and Repair Devices – Supervise and ensure the correct execution of section replacements, installation of double sleeve and other repair devices in gas pipelines and tubing;
• Hidrostatic and/or Pneumatic Tests – Monitor the execution of hidrostatic and pneumatic tests, ensuring the integrity of installations and compliance with safety guidelines;
• Evaluation of RDF and RDO – Analyze and validate Inspection Reports (RDF) and Daily Work Reports (RDO), ensuring the accuracy of recorded information.
