As an Internal Communication Technician, your main responsibilities will be: • To design, develop, and implement internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement, motivation, and well-being. • To create and disseminate internal communications materials (newsletters, intranet articles, etc.) that keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and achievements. • To collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective dissemination of information and the alignment of internal communication strategies with business objectives. • To analyze and report on the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
