Field Technician – Printing Outsourcing | ABC and Greater São Paulo

MFPrinter, a company specialized in printing outsourcing and technology, is looking for a Field Technician to join our team and provide services to clients in the ABC and Greater São Paulo region.

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of printers and multifunction devices;
• Diagnosis and solution of mechanical, electronic, and printing failures;
• Replacement of parts, rollers, fusers, maintenance kits, and supplies;
• Installation and configuration of network equipment;
• Installation of drivers, scanners, and print configuration;
• On-site technical service to corporate clients;
• Monitoring of service tickets and compliance with service deadlines;
• Testing and preparation of equipment in the lab;
• Recording of services and parts used during service calls.

We are looking for a responsible, organized professional with good diagnostic skills and professional customer service demeanor.

Requirements:

• Experience with maintenance of printers and multifunction devices;
• Knowledge of corporate laser and/or inkjet equipment;
• Basic knowledge of networks and IT;
• Availability for external service calls;
• Valid driver's license (CNH).

Will be a differential:

Experience with Canon, Ricoh, Brother, HP, Epson, and Konica Minolta equipment, as well as previous experience in printing outsourcing companies.

Base in São Caetano do Sul, with service calls in the ABC and Greater São Paulo region.

Regime: to be defined

Remuneration: compatible with experience and technical knowledge

Schedule: Monday to Friday
