Job Description:

X-Solution Group is looking for Freelance Field Technicians to work in São Paulo and its region.

We are seeking professionals who already work as self-employed or contractors and wish to establish a partnership for handling technical calls and executing IT infrastructure projects.

We are looking for committed, organized professionals with availability for field service, always prioritizing the quality of services rendered.

⚙️ Main Activities

• Handling technical calls (service desk) at corporate clients;
• Installation and maintenance of network points;
• Laying and organizing structured cabling;
• Terminating and certifying network points;
• Installation of racks, patch panels, and organizers;
• Installation of Access Points, switches, cameras, and IT equipment;
• Assembly and organization of dry infrastructure (cable trays, conduits, and trunking, when necessary);
• Support in the execution of infrastructure projects and layout changes.

Requirements

• Experience in network infrastructure and structured cabling;
• Knowledge in rack assembly and organization;
• Experience with RJ45 termination and point certification;
• Basic knowledge of networks and IT equipment;
• Must own a car;
• Must possess basic tools for service execution;
• Availability for service calls in São Paulo and region.

⭐ Considered a Plus

• Having a helper or own team;
• Experience with corporate clients;
• Knowledge of fiber optics;
• Certifications from Furukawa, Panduit, Legrand, or similar;
• Issuance of Tax Invoice (MEI or PJ - Micro-entrepreneur or Legal Entity).

Area of Operation

• São Paulo, Greater São Paulo, and surrounding cities, as per demand.
