Mechanical Quality Control Technician

The resource will have a key role within the production plant, reporting directly to the Product Quality Manager, contributing concretely to the achievement of performance, quality, and efficiency objectives.

He/she will manage activities related to quality control in the mechanical processing department:

• verification of components in process with recording on appropriate documents;
• compilation and management of non-conformity documents;
• use of 3D measuring machines;
• management of scrap;
• data collection for MSA;
• R&R verification of operators for the correct use of instruments.

Requirements

We wish to get in touch with a resource possessing good experience in the world of mechanical processing on CNC machining centers.

Good familiarity with the main measuring instruments; CMM and related programming; and concepts of MSA, SPC, and R&R.

Strong aptitude for working in cross-functional teams, flexibility in supporting diverse activities according to company priorities; precision and attention to detail complete the profile.

The expected RAL (Annual Gross Salary) range is between 35,000 and 45,000 euros.
