Post-Sales Commercial Technician

Job Description Role The figure will be inserted into the post-sales commercial team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, and will have the task of ensuring effective communication between clients and internal structure, providing technical and commercial support. The role foresees professional growth, with opportunities to take on strategic responsibilities over time. Main Responsibilities - Technical support on electrical material and lighting products. - Management and monitoring of post-sales tickets, coordinating company functions for resolution. - Collaboration with the Commercial Director for developing new products and aligning with suppliers. - Active participation in optimizing processes and sales tools. - Back office commercial activities and interface with clients. Profile Requirements - Technical diploma or degree in electrical/electronic field. - Good knowledge of English language. - Competence in using main computer tools; preferable knowledge of SAP Business One. - Attitude to problem-solving, precision, and ability to work in a team. - Previous experience in technical or commercial roles in the electrical sector (preferable).
