Openjobmetis – Permanent Placement Division is searching for a: Commercial Technical Officer for Windows & Door Frames For a new showroom specialized in the windows and door frames sector, we are looking for a technical and commercial figure who, alongside the Store Manager, will contribute to creating a high-level consulting experience for the customer. We don't just want a salesperson or saleswoman, but a professional capable of listening, understanding the customer's needs, and transforming them into effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the construction industry, with expertise in windows and door frames, as well as excellent communication skills. The role will involve: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for the showroom; • Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions; • Collaborating with the Store Manager to create an engaging customer experience; • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance; • Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and technologies. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., architecture, engineering); • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on windows and door frames; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office.
