Preventive Calculator Technician

For a company active in the Locarnese region, we are looking for a Preventive Calculator Technician. Tasks: - Prepare and draft detailed estimates for projects - Analyze specifications and technical details to write bids - Coordinate all activities related to participating in tenders - Evaluate costs of materials, labor, and equipment necessary for projects - Collaborate with design and sales teams to optimize costs and project timelines - Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with bid submission terms - Keep supplier databases and market price records up-to-date - Provide technical support during negotiations and contract revisions. Requirements: - Proven experience as a calculator in the finishing sector for construction - Diploma of Geometra and/or Technical Institute - In-depth knowledge of regulations and tender procedures - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
