Estimator Technician

for a valued client company in the Locarno area, we are looking for: Estimator Technician. Main tasks: - Prepare and draft detailed estimates for projects - Analyze specifications and technical specifications for the preparation of bids - Coordinating all activities related to participation in tenders - Evaluate the costs of materials, labor and equipment necessary for the projects - Collaborate with the design and Sales team to optimize costs and lead times - Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with the terms of submission of offers - Keep supplier and market price databases updated - Provide technical support during negotiations and contract revisions Requirements: - Proven experience in the role of calculator in the finishing sector for construction - In-depth knowledge of regulations and tendering procedures - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Competence in the use of software for the preparation of estimates and tender management - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Surveyor's diploma and/or Technical Institute - Proven experience in a similar position Applications accompanied by a complete dossier (CV, educational qualifications, work certificates and photo) must be sent electronically to [email protected] for the attention of Ivan Colecchia.
