Wiring Technician

Our client is a prestigious Italian Company, recognized in the market as a benchmark for the competitive development of its Clients, thanks to its design and production services related to electromechanical equipment, sub-assemblies, and fully integrated systems.

Over 300 people work in the group, and the company operates in various industrial sectors, including telecommunications, railway, industrial, medical, energy, and electromechanical.

For the enhancement of the production staff, we have been tasked with the selection of a:

MACHINE-SIDE / PRODUCT WIRER

Description and Characteristics of the Position:

The resource will be integrated into the production department and will be responsible for electrical wiring directly on the products and systems manufactured by the company, working on electromechanical machines and sub-assemblies.

The activity is strictly linked to internal production: the wirer will work on orders, following the technical specifications and electrical diagrams provided by the technical office.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Electrical wiring on electromechanical machines and systems
• Production of machine-side wiring on finished and semi-finished products
• Reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams
• Connection of electrical components (sensors, actuators, motors, etc.)
• Verification of correct wiring and basic functionality
• Support for electrical assembly activities
• Interface with the technical office for any modifications or anomalies

Functional relationships:

• Internal: Production, Technical Office, Quality
• External: None

Work location:

Usmate (MB) area

Working hours: Full time, standard day shift (8 AM - 5 PM) with potential availability for two shifts (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Contractual type and salary package: Direct permanent employment with CCNL metalmeccanico industria (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry) with 13 monthly payments, budget allocated for the position ranging between €26,000 and €34,000 annually, depending on the seniority and skills of the candidate, plus meal vouchers (€8)

Requirements for participation in the Selection process:

• Previous experience in machine-side wiring or on systems/products
• Good ability to read electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of main industrial electrical components
• Good manual dexterity and familiarity with bench tools
• Precision, autonomy, and quality orientation
• Preference for experience in automation or electromechanical contexts
