Requirements: Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics. 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams. Knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and communication architectures. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Leadership abilities to foster positive teamwork and collaboration. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Familiarity with standard and automatic vehicle transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other components. Understanding of vehicle safety features and regulations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
