SOFTWARE ASSISTANCE TECHNICIAN ADMINISTRATIVE, ACCOUNTING AND TAX AREA

We are looking for:

a SOFTWARE ASSISTANCE TECHNICIAN ERP ADMINISTRATIVE, ACCOUNTING AND TAX AREA, to be integrated into the team dedicated to consulting and assistance services provided by NTS to its BUSINESS PARTNERS (RESELLERS)

Role Responsibilities:

• Consulting and support to Business Partners via ticketing, telephone, or remote assistance
• Collection of functional requirements and configuration of ERP parameters, with application customizations (no code development is foreseen).
• Training to Business Partners on the use of the management software
• Support and analysis in ERP system implementation projects

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Economics or high school diploma with a technical-commercial orientation (ITC/ITES) with a solid foundation in accounting and business economics
• Direct experience as an accountant/administrator in a company, with operational knowledge of AFC processes (sales cycle, purchasing cycle, general ledger entries, fixed assets, reconciliations, tax compliance)

or

• Experience as an application consultant / ERP assistance technician on the same administrative-accounting-tax modules
• Ability to work in a team and problem-solving aptitude
• Customer contact predisposition

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of NTS's Business Experience management software
