Company Profile

An international company operating in the air compression sector, with a strong presence in the European market and a consolidated network of distributors and end customers, is looking for a Field Service Engineer - Field Technical Assistant to strengthen its technical assistance, training, and support activities for the commercial and after-sales network.

Responsibilities

• Technical support to reseller and end customers, managing assistance and consultancy requests via telephone, email, or on-site interventions.

• On-site interventions at end customers or supporting resellers for diagnosis, troubleshooting, or technical consultancy activities.

• Technical assistance and troubleshooting: on-site technical support for resolving issues on installed systems.

• Preparation of detailed reports on interventions performed, in line with company standards.

• Monitoring and analysis of production line performance, with the aim of improving their efficiency and reliability.

• Continuous collaboration with design, production, and customer service teams to ensure effective technical implementation aligned with quality standards.

Requirements

• Technical diploma, preferably in mechanical, mechatronic, electrical engineering, or similar fields;

• Previous experience of 3–5 years in a similar role in assembly, testing, or technical assistance, preferably on compressors, rotating machinery, or automated systems;

• Knowledge of mechanical technical drawings and reading of functional diagrams;

• Availability for travel in Italy and abroad;

• Good knowledge of the English language.

Expected Salary Package: €35,000.00 - €45,000.00 + Benefits
