Technical Assistance Technician

EDF Europe, a company specializing in the design and production of automatic machinery for the processing of corrugated cardboard, is looking for a Technical Service Back-Office Technician – Mechanical & Electrical Area to join its team for the enhancement of the structure at the Loria (TV) headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:

• Management of remote technical assistance requests.
• Technical support to customers for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Fault analysis and identification of technical solutions.
• Preparation of quotes for interventions, spare parts, and maintenance activities.
• Support to the sales network for after-sales activities.

Desired Qualifications:

• Technical diploma (mechanical, electromechanical, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial companies or manufacturers of complex machinery/plants;
• Good knowledge of industrial mechanics and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Problem-solving attitude and customer interaction skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Availability for short business trips.
