MOM Consulting is recruiting a Technical Assistant to PM for a company that manages the Integrated Water Service for over 135,000 users in 39 municipalities, providing quality drinking water to over 344,000 inhabitants. WHO WE ARE Piave Servizi S.p.A. is a leading company in the regulated public services sector, with its headquarters located at Codognè (TV), Via F. Petrarca 3. The "Programmazione, Progettazione e Direzione Lavori" - Engineering Area office is responsible for developing programs, plans, and projects related to infrastructure works and plants, as well as studying technical problems submitted by the company's organs. The company operates in the territory, managing water supply, sewerage, and treatment networks in a diffuse and widespread manner. Every day, over 25 technical teams operate on site, easily identifiable by vehicles with the company logo, designed to ensure immediate recognition by citizens as a symbol of our Water Company. WHAT WE OFFER - Fixed-term contract for 1 year, full-time (38 hours and 30 minutes per week) - Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-12:30/13:30-17:20, Friday 08:00-13:10, with 30 minutes of flexibility at the end of the day - Place of work: Codognè (TV), Via F. Petrarca 3 - Job classification and economic treatment defined based on the candidate's profile, in any case not lower than level 4 of the CCNL Gas-Acqua in force - Possibility of converting the contract to an indefinite-term contract where conditions exist MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The subjects to be hired will be inserted into the organizational chart of the "Programmazione, Progettazione e Direzione Lavori – Area PM", responsible for developing programs, plans, and projects related to infrastructure works and plants, as well as studying technical problems submitted by the company's organs. Among the main activities of the office are: - The realization of works and plants in compliance with current regulations on public works (community, national, and company); - Design, direction, and testing according to reference standards; - Compliance with obligations for the Responsible Person of the Procedure (RUP) in public works. The PM Area coordinates and supervises all phases of the procedure, prepares acts and necessary documentation, and verifies the technical-administrative regularity of the project, ensuring compliance with objectives, times, and costs defined. In addition, it oversees the execution of contracts, manages any changes during the work process, and ensures transparency, publicity, and equal treatment, monitoring also the respect of regulations on safety, environment, and labor. The office is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, pursuing stakeholder satisfaction and compliance with project constraints. It takes care of relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers, promoting a flexible operational management and profitability through adequate documentary production to support internal control and communication. In support of these activities, the office has developed a section dedicated to project management according to Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies. In this context, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, coordinating resources, managing times and budgets, and ensuring the achievement of objectives according to quality standards. The figure is essential for the success and efficiency of projects, particularly those outsourced and relies on collaborators for supervision, ensuring compliance with times, costs, and qualitative requirements. REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION The profiles of Technical Assistants will perform the assigned activities to achieve the objectives of the organizational unit of reference and in particular, they will mainly be dedicated to supporting the PM in planning and directing works for the implementation of investment projects, both in the water supply and sewerage-treatment sectors, including the realization of new plants and upgrading existing ones managed by the company, with particular reference to the execution and cantierization phases. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION: a) Titles of study, training: - High school diploma in technical direction (geometer, civil engineer or equivalent); - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Edile, Gestionale, Ambientale or equivalent; - Technical-scientific degree. b) Professional requirements: - Good knowledge of the Office package and databases in a Windows environment; - Basic knowledge of planning, directing works with particular regard to the management of the realizable process of public works; - Basic knowledge of Project Management. c) General requirements: - No exclusion from active political electoral roll; - Absence of penal convictions that are obstacles; d) Attitudinal requirements. - Predisposition to teamwork; - Flexibility and propensity for problem-solving; - Communicative and relational skills; - Proactivity and entrepreneurship to promote process innovation and interface with non-technical personnel; - Orientation towards results and organizational capacity; - Strong sense of responsibility and ability to plan and organize activities within the defined tasks; - Attention and precision in work activity. e) Physical fitness for employment. f) Type B driving license. The above requirements must be possessed by the deadline for submitting the participation application. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: - Registration on the Engineers' Roll or another Professional Order in a technical area; - Knowledge and use of CAD/BIM software; - Experience in managing public works or supporting RUP, PMI certification. OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION The Technical Assistant to PM will collaborate with the Project Manager for organizing, executing, and monitoring projects. They will actively participate in planning and cantierization activities, taking care of documentation and relationships with counterparties. The objective is to ensure compliance with times, costs, and technical standards defined, contributing to the efficiency and quality of investment project management. Employer: Piave Servizi S.p.A.
