Junior Boiler Maintenance Technician

**Mambelli S.r.l.**, a long-standing company specializing in the maintenance of boilers and heat pumps in Trentino Alto Adige and Veneto, is seeking to expand its staff at its Bolzano office with:
**JUNIOR BOILER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** Following an initial training phase, the successful candidate will independently visit clients to manage system maintenance. Based on their capabilities, desire for growth, and company needs, they may be trained over time to handle increasingly complex system repairs. **Duties**
- Visit clients, using a company van and equipment, for boiler servicing
- Manage customer relationships
- Accurate and thorough completion of related documentation and the company management system
- Management of daily receipts **Requirements**
- Diploma from a Technical or Vocational Institute
- Previous experience, even minimal, in customer service activities is preferred
- Good manual dexterity
- Aptitude for computer use, particularly Excel
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
- Knowledge of the German language is welcome but not required
- Driving license B **Soft Skills**
- Interest and aptitude for technical operational work
