The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Maintenance and repair of earth movement equipment; • Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis; • Performance optimization and predictive maintenance; • Collaboration with the technical department for the development of new solutions; • Continuous training and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in the earth movement sector; • Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and systems; • Strong problem-solving skills; • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; • Valid driver's license.
