What You'll Do As a TechOps Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure, including monitoring and troubleshooting, incident management, and capacity planning. You will also collaborate with our development teams to ensure the successful deployment of new features and services. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; - 2+ years of experience in a similar role; - Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems; - Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana; - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash; - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
