Technology Transformation - Senior

As part of our assignments, we are focusing our development on a mixed IT and financial approach, from diagnosis to the implementation of recommendations, and we work in close collaboration with members of senior management.

By joining our IT Transformation team, you will primarily be involved in the following contexts:

• Support for M&A Operations :

  • In a transaction context, you will participate in 'IT Due Diligences' where you will present an IT overview of the company: IT department organization, strategy and projects, infrastructure, applications, IT spending analysis.

  • In an asset carve-out context

    • You will conduct an 'IT Due Diligence' of the entity or entities concerned, focusing on dependence and adherence issues with the group/seller;

    • You will assess IT elements impacting asset value;

    • You will participate in the development of separation plans and the drafting of TSAs (Transition Service Agreements).

  • In an integration context

    • You will define the integration strategy for the target entity, identify synergies, define and operationally implement integration projects, and optimize integration costs and timelines;

    • You will challenge integration proposals from potential service providers.

    • You will participate in the monitoring of various integration workstreams.

• Management of IT & Digital Transformation :

  • You will participate in defining IT and digital transformation plans aimed at supporting the company's development or restructuring strategy;

  • You will work on the development of master plans: timelines, costs, resources, project prioritization, etc.;

  • You may monitor and manage the various workstreams of this master plan to ensure its smooth progress.

• Performance Management and Improvement :

  • You will assist our clients in improving and controlling their IT performance, particularly in IT project audits and IT department performance reviews;

  • You will support our clients in drafting specifications, assisting them in choosing tools that meet their needs;

  • You will participate in defining and implementing action plans impacting EBITDA and/or cash flow (reduction of IT costs, IT department reorganization, project optimization, etc.);

  • As part of supporting our clients in situations of declining profitability, lack of visibility, or understanding of flows by managers (shareholders or parent company), you will participate in conducting diagnoses combining finance & IT, assisting in contract renegotiations, developing profitability improvement plans and IT department rationalization, and then in operational implementation.

We are seeking candidates with higher education (Master's degree or equivalent from a top-tier engineering or business school) who have acquired relevant experience from the following:

• Experience in consulting during which they have developed solid IT & digital skills with an appetite for analyzing expected financial impacts.

• Operational experience in a structure recognized for its excellence in IT and/or digital fields.

• Good knowledge of market tools.

You possess recognized relational and analytical skills. Curious and dynamic, you demonstrate team spirit and are fluent in English for your assignments (proficiency in a second foreign language will be a plus). You are motivated by the challenge of working in contexts with high strategic stakes marked by balance sheet operations and/or turnarounds, and by broadening your skills in IT, financial, and operational dimensions.
