Technology Transformation & Security Leader

An international non-profit organization is seeking a Head of Technology to oversee technological direction and security while leading digital transformation and IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic leadership skills, hands-on experience with cloud operations, and a commitment to promoting a safe and compliant working environment. This role involves collaborating with global technology teams to enhance efficiency and implement innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing the organization's technology strategy in collaboration with senior leaders; • Leading and managing IT operations, including cloud infrastructure, data centers, and network services; • Ensuring the security and integrity of all digital assets, including data, applications, and systems; • Collaborating with global technology teams to enhance efficiency and implement innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, IT teams, and external partners; • Providing technical guidance and support to IT teams and other stakeholders; • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field of technology and security. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within IT or technology; • Strong understanding of cloud operations, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and other major cloud providers; • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL; • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
