Technology Risk & Remediation Manager @ Verita HR

– Experience in technology risk, cybersecurity controls, or IT risk management environments – Good understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and core cybersecurity concepts – Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across technology and risk functions – Hands-on experience with reporting and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Confluence – Experience supporting risk assessments, issue and action management, governance reporting, audits, or regulatory activities – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and prioritize risks – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders – Experience working in a matrixed organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams – Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework – Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
