As part of this effort, we are looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives in Ahmedabad Location. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technology Project Manager who can lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects across various business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. • Lead cross-functional teams comprising business stakeholders, IT professionals, and vendors to deliver digital transformation projects. • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives that drive business growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. • Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts, technologies, and best practices. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
