We provide a hybrid work model, employees must be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. There will be flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Position Overview: Become part of a highly dynamic team, passionate about driving performance within a warm and collaborative culture. DERM1 is one of AbbVie Canada’s largest divisions and is recognized as a leader and partner of choice in Dermatology. As a tech-savvy intern, you will help improve efficiency in budget tracking and project management, specifically by streamlining manual spend tracking and ROI monitoring. You’ll collaborate with the team to implement or optimize digital solutions, utilizing your strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support business goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer and Patient Focus: Participate in projects that prioritize the needs and well-being of patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a patient-centric approach.
- Data Analysis and Strategic Decision Making: Assist in the collection and analysis of data to inform decision-making processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Adapt and Innovate: Support various departments by adapting quickly to new projects and technologies and propose creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Teamwork and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and foster a collaborative work environment.
