The salary range lies between €55,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Muxon is a small, globally active personnel agency and conducts this search on behalf of our client – a technology-oriented company based in Stuttgart, specializing in supporting industrial and tech companies in their business and digital transformation.

Tasks

• Supporting clients in analyzing strategic and technological questions, primarily in the automotive industry

• Collaborating in interdisciplinary project teams and taking on independent work packages

• Activities in the areas of Strategy & Organization, R&D, Operations, Innovation, and Project Management

• Developing innovative and sustainable solutions as well as business models along the value chain

• Ensuring project success regarding timelines, results, and quality standards

• Sparring partner for stakeholders from the team to senior management

• Contributing to internal knowledge building and developing new consulting offers

Qualification

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field

• 0–3 years of professional experience; internships or student work will be recognized

• First experiences with strategic or technical topics in technology-oriented industries

• Basic knowledge of project management

• Excellent analytical skills and a structured working style

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• German on C2 level and English on C1 level

• Great interest in complex tasks, innovation, and interdisciplinary cooperation

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed
