Job description
The role is part of the CTO organisation under the Group CIO and supports ArcelorMittal’s global IT and digital transformation initiatives. It focuses on structured evangelism, adoption, and engagement to ensure consistent understanding and uptake of Group technology strategies across business segments. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To design and deliver structured change management and communication initiatives that enable effective adoption of IT and digital transformation programs across business segments. This includes developing and implementing internal communication plans, conducting stakeholder analysis, identifying key messages and audiences, creating engaging content, and measuring the effectiveness of these initiatives.
