Job description
Technology Engineer (m/f)
Workplace: PoznańYour responsibilities
- Implementation, operation, optimization, and parameter selection of robotic welding processes,
- Configuration of Bosch Rexroth (BOS6000, PRI 7000), Harms & Wende welding controllers,
- Integration of related systems in a production environment,
- Technological supervision of the production process,
- Identification of technological and quality problems, root cause analysis, implementation of preventive solutions,
- Analysis of quality test results,
- Preparation of technical documentation,
- Programming of industrial robots.
Our requirements
- Knowledge of Bosch Rexroth (BOS6000, PRI 7000) and/or Harms & Wende welding systems – mandatory condition,
- Knowledge of spot welding and/or Mig Mag welding process – mandatory condition,
- Readiness for frequent business trips – mandatory condition. Travel destinations: mainly Europe,
- Relevant education (materials engineering, automation and robotics, mechanical engineering and machine construction, mechatronics),
- Good command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German will be an additional asset,
- Valid driver's license category B,
- Good computer skills and Ms Office proficiency (primarily Excel),
- Knowledge of issues related to material strength; other material joining technologies, material science,
- Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams, knowledge of technical drawing,
- Experience in robotics (KUKA, Fanuc, ABB) and programming,
- Certificates/training in the operation of welding systems (Bosch Rexroth, Harms & Wende) will be an additional asset.
