Technology Control Officer

Responsibilities: Exception Management Oversee the filing, tracking, and closure of exceptions in a timely manner. Ensure all exceptions are properly documented and escalated to the appropriate stakeholders. Collaborate with the Technology Control team to identify and address root causes of exceptions. Develop and maintain procedures for exception management to ensure consistency and efficiency. Technology Control Officer will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to exception management. This includes tracking and analyzing metrics such as exception volume, resolution rate, and average time to resolve. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of exceptions and any changes to procedures or processes. Exception Management is a critical component of our Technology Control program, ensuring that we are able to effectively manage and mitigate risks associated with technology use. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Exception Volume, Resolution Rate, Average Time to Resolve. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a technology control or compliance role. Strong understanding of technology controls and risk management principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
