We are currently seeking a Medical Electrophysiology Technologist to fill needs in the North Coast region.

The medical electrophysiology technologist performs specialized diagnostic tests to evaluate the electrical activity of the nervous system or heart. These tests are essential for diagnostic and medical treatment orientation. You will work closely with specialist physicians and clinical teams.

Your main mission will be:

• Perform tests such as EEG, ECG, EMG, evoked potentials, Holter, MAPA, etc.
• Prepare patients for the test and explain the procedure.
• Ensure the technical quality of recordings and the proper functioning of equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results.
• Participate in preventive equipment maintenance.
• Document tests according to current standards and protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma in medical electrophysiology or equivalent recognized training.
• Member in good standing of the Order of Technologists in Medical Imaging, Radiation Oncology, and Medical Electrophysiology of Quebec (OTIMROEPMQ).
• Mastery of examination protocols and specialized equipment.
• Good adaptability to different client groups and clinical contexts.
• Valid driving permit and access to a vehicle (for travel on the territory, if required).
