You will prove yourself in this role if: you have experience in building chemistry (e.g. adhesives, sealants, foams, coatings, resins, systems PU) can create and modify formulations independently, not just reproduce them know polyurethanes (1K/2K systems, isocyanates, polyols, prepolymers, curing processes) work freely in a laboratory and know how to translate research results into practical decisions understand the relationships between formulation and production process have experience working with norms…
