Technologist/Programmer CMM (M/F)

Location: Ostrów Wielkopolski

Your responsibilities

• Development and creation of technological documentation in accordance with drawings and customer requirements
• Preparation of drafts and necessary programs
• Preparation of CNC programs
• Definition of the process, tools, measuring instruments necessary to ensure the correct execution of the product
• Modification of technological processes during production
• Reduction of measurement times and improvement of measurement strategies
• Responding to quality problems, analysis of non-conformities, and participation in their resolution
• Ensuring the technical condition of machines, calibration, and cooperation with the service department

Our requirements

• Minimum technical secondary education or higher education (preferred fields: mechanical engineering and machine construction, metrology, production engineering)
• Very good knowledge of technical drawings – a mandatory requirement
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
• Knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling)
• Knowledge of the basics of workshop metrology and measurement methods
• Very good knowledge of geometric and dimensional tolerances
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a team, conscientiousness
