Technologist with experience in plastics processing

We are looking for a Technologist with experience in plastics processing for our client, a ceramic tile and sanitaryware producer. The job involves conducting tests and determining optimal production process conditions by selecting raw materials and technical parameters.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting tests and determining optimal production process conditions
• Ensuring compliance with technological discipline at every stage of production
• Developing and updating documentation on production processes, instructions, and technical cards
• Controlling the quality of raw materials and materials used in production
• Collaborating with the R&D department to develop new product designs
• Collaborating with the Technical Department to maintain tools used in the production process
• Optimizing production processes, monitoring quality indicators, and controlling parameters

Requirements:

• Middle or higher education in a technical field
• Experience in plastics processing, theoretical and practical knowledge of plastics processing technology
• Experience in creating documentation
• Analytical skills, self-reliance, and a focus on achieving goals
• Ability to use Microsoft Office package
