Technologist

The Technologist is responsible for developing and overseeing the technology of steel structure production, preparing technological documentation, optimizing production processes, and supporting production in selecting the best technical solutions. Collaborates with production, quality, purchasing, and project departments to ensure efficient product realization in compliance with customer requirements.

• Ongoing collaboration with the Production Department regarding the resolution of technological problems, support of production processes, and implementation of improvement measures.
• Development of technological documentation and production instructions.
• Preparation of specifications and production data in the ERP system.
• Supervision of technological processes.
• Optimization of production processes in terms of quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Participation in the implementation of new products and technologies.
• Analysis of technical documentation and customer requirements.

• Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering and Machine Building, Production Engineering, or related fields).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Technologist in the steel structures industry.
• Practical knowledge of steel structure production processes, including cutting, drilling, bending, mechanical processing, assembly, and welding.
• Experience in creating and updating technological documentation.
• Experience in developing technological routes and material structures (BOM).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or similar programs.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Autonomy, responsibility, and problem-solving skills for production issues.
• Communicative knowledge of the English language.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of EN 1090, EN ISO 3834, and EN 15085 standards.
  • Experience in work time standardization and technological calculations.
  • Experience in implementing new products into production.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, TPM, SMED, Work Standardization, VSM).
