Technology of Feed and Premix Production (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• Development, implementation, and improvement of technological processes in the production of feeds and premixes, ensuring high product quality, efficiency, compliance with standards, and innovation.
• Analysis and optimization of production processes in plants manufacturing feeds and premixes – identification of areas for improvement, elimination of losses and bottlenecks, management of optimization projects.
• Monitoring and analysis of production efficiency indicators for feeds and premixes, and utilization of data for process improvement.
• Support for production, product development, and quality control departments in the area of technology, work organization, and process problem-solving.
• Management of technological documentation related to feed and premix production, and preparation and delivery of training sessions on technologies and work standards.

Our requirements

• Higher technical education – in agriculture, technology, engineering, quality, or related fields.
• Experience in a technological role in the area of feed and premix production, laboratory, or R&D, or in process analysis and optimization.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability (including root cause analysis).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technological solutions.
• Communicative knowledge of English.

Nice to have

• Interest in tools that improve the work of a technologist, including production data analysis systems and solutions supporting process improvement.
• Knowledge of production control systems (e.g., MES, SCADA) or familiarity with the principles of Industry 4.0, encompassing digitalization, automation, and integration of manufacturing processes.
