We are looking for an experienced Technologist of Production (m/f) for one of our renowned pharmaceutical clients with a rich history. Scope of Responsibilities:

• Implementation of technology for new products and optimization of existing processes.
• Surveillance over production processes and packaging of products.
• Creation and updating of technical documentation in accordance with GMP regulations.
• Participation in technology transfer, FAT/SAT tests, and process validation.
• Conducting statistical evaluations of process parameters.
• Development of specifications for raw materials and packaging, as well as cooperation with suppliers.
• Analyzing risk for production processes and implementing measures to minimize risk.
• Drawing conclusions and implementing changes aimed at improving technological processes and introducing technical innovations.
• Explaining the causes of quality nonconformities and deviations, and developing corrective actions.
• Training personnel in technology production and GMP regulations.
• Collaboration with the R&D department on the implementation of new products.

Expectations:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering or related fields).
• Minimum 3-year experience working for a pharmaceutical company as a Technologist.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Experience working with solid forms (tablets) and semi-solid forms (creams, ointments) - essential requirement.
• Able to work with technical and production documentation.
• Familiarity with the English language at a communicative level..
• Able to work under time pressure, be flexible, proactive, and open to new challenges.
