Technical Marketing - Veterinary Diagnostics (m/w/d)

We are Fassisi, developing and producing veterinary medical rapid tests – for small animals, livestock, and horses. Our rapid test systems are highly valued by veterinarians, laboratories, and partners worldwide. We are a small, growing diagnostic company with short distances, clear processes, and a team that knows what it's talking about.

By the way: There are usually dogs in the office – if you can handle that, you'll fit right in.

Tasks

What to expect

You will be a technical spokesperson for Fassisi outside – towards customers, partners, and distributors. You explain, convince, and solve problems. We thoroughly train you so that you can grow into the tasks step by step:

• You are the technical contact person for industry partners, distributors, and veterinarians – on the phone, via email or in person, e.g., at trade fairs
• You answer product questions, clarify complaints, and find solutions
• You prepare scientific content so that it reaches the market – understandable, convincing, to the point
• You create and maintain technical documentation: user information, product descriptions, study evaluations, claims
• You work closely with management, development, and production
• You develop our marketing and processes further
• You prospectively accompany product launches from argumentation to market readiness

This is not just writing work. You need to enjoy customer contact and have a sense of what partners and users really need.

Qualification

What you should bring

• A completed degree in biology, veterinary medicine, biotechnology or a related field
• First professional experience – ideally in a technically-scientific environment with customer contact
• Interest in diagnostics, animal health and products that require explanation
• Communication strength and sales affinity – you can explain, listen and convince
• The ability to present complex issues clearly and understandably
• Independent work, sense of responsibility, focus on the essential
• Very good German and English
• You feel at home in a small company where people work closely together and many things are discussed directly

Helpful but not necessary:

• Experience with regulatory documents
• Knowledge of immunoassays or rapid test formats
• Experience in cooperation with international partners
