Your tasks: Technical consulting of customers (B2B) and end customers by phone. Data collection, processing and calculation of offers as well as performance lists. Professional support for our sales team. Preparation of presentations and product information. Coordination of orders and logistics. Maintenance of customer relationships. Identification of new business opportunities. Development of sales strategies. Collaboration with the marketing department. Participation in trade fairs and events. Your qualifications: Completed vocational training or degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering). Several years of experience in sales or technical support.
