Technical Sales Engineer (m/w/d) for Metal-Vacuum Impregnation

Maldaner, Specialist for Impregnation Services and Surface Technology, is part of Quaker Houghton, the world's leading provider of industrial process fluids and engineering solutions. With over 30 years of experience, we support customers from Automotive, Foundry, and Industry in enhancing the quality, reliability, and efficiency of their components.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (m/w/d) for Germany and BENELUX.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Customer portfolio management and expansion in North, West, and East Germany, as well as occasional travel to the BENELUX region
• New customer acquisition, technical consulting, and customer support
• Presentation of our solutions around Vacuum Impregnation and Surface Treatment
• Technical consulting in close cooperation with internal experts
• Offer creation, follow-up, and independent negotiation
• Organization and accompaniment of sample impregnations (Langenfeld, Leipzig, Altbach, or at the customer's site)
• Support for complaints and quality issues
• Maintenance of customer data, projects, and sales reports

Requirements

Your Profile

• Technical understanding, preferably in the field of impregnation or metal processing
• Experience in technical sales, application technology, service, or engineering
• Able to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured, self-reliant working style, and high customer orientation
• Travel readiness of around 50%
