Tasks

New build of technical sales in the area of Druck & Print (Machines, Systems, Services)

Development and implementation of a Sales Strategy in close coordination with Management and Technology

Analysis of market potential, customer requirements, and competitors

Technical Consulting for customers (B2B) on printing systems, workflows, and individual solutions

BUILDING and maintenance of long-term Customer Relationships as well as gaining new customers

Interface function between Sales, Technology, Service, and Product Management

Creation of offers, calculations, and technical concepts

Introduction of Sales Processes, CRM Structures, and KPIs

Perspective: BUILDING and leading a Sales Team

Qualification

Completed technical or commercial training or study (e.g. Printing and Media Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering)

Multiple years of experience in Technical Sales, ideally in the area of Printing-, Print-, Packaging- or Media Technology

Fundamental technical understanding for printing processes, machines, and workflows

Entrepreneurial thinking and Hands-on Mentality

Experience in BUILDING new structures or business areas an advantage

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style

Very good German language skills, English a plus

Travel readiness
