Technical Process Engineer Surface Technology / Project Coordinator Industrial Plants (m/w/d)

We are looking for a technically well-rounded personality who shapes the process technology in surface finishing and is able to coordinate building and plant projects. You are the interface between production, technology, and construction projects – someone who knows how a galvanizing or powder coating facility works in detail and asks the right questions during renovations, new builds, or optimization of existing facilities instead of just managing the construction site.

Aufgaben

What you can expect:

• Fachliche Begleitung und Optimierung der Anlagentechnik an mehreren Standorten
• Mitwirkung bei Entwicklungs-, Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekten an bestehenden Gebäuden und Anlagen, inkl. Projekt- und Bauleitung, Ausschreibungen und Koordination vor Ort
• Schnittstelle zwischen Produktionsanforderungen und baulicher Umsetzung – Sie sorgen dafür, dass bauliche Lösungen tatsächlich zu den Prozessen passen, die später darin laufen
• Koordination der Bauadministration, Terminplanung und Lieferantensteuerung, wenn Bauprojekte anstehen

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• Technical background with experience in surface technology, galvanotechnology, coating technology or a related process engineering field – a training as a technician or engineer is advantageous but not decisive
• Experience or strong interest in building and plant projects; classical project management experience is welcome but not necessary
• You know how production facilities work and can translate technical requirements into building solutions, not the other way around
• Organizational talent, cost awareness and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Solid CAD knowledge and safe handling of MS Office
• High travel readiness within the locations; individual models with a focus on one location are possible
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking, additional languages are advantageous
